Our first part of the scout update has been announced, called “The Sandman”.
Replacing our beloved bat and double jump, we instead get the ability to use our melee weapon at a range, hitting a ball with our new wooden bat, and having it clonk our enemies to temporarily stun them. The longer the drive, the longer they are frozen.
While this is a new aspect, I am not sure if it’ll play out in a positive way with our beloved Scout.
When this comes out, I’ll be sure to try the Sandman, but I’ll bet I’ll stick to my double jumping and classic bat.
